I just wanted to take a quick second to say how proud I am of myself and toot my own horn. I have been eating very well and working out regularly (just for 3 days, but don’t judge…lol) and have lost 2 pounds!! Yes, it’s quick to be this excited, but any kind of progress is encouraging right??!! See the number drop even though it’s not by much is making me want to keep going. Wonder where I will be in a month….. I feel like I’m on target for success! Have to keep it up and be consistent though right? Is anyone else making progress out there?
