Paleo??

I’ve been hearing a lot about paleo eating lately (only REAL foods like eggs, nuts, seeds, veggies, fruit and things that used to fly, swim or crawl). Has anyone tried this? Did you see a change in your body? What kind of healthy eating habits do you have?
