WELL…WE MADE IT ANOTHER YEAR!! Like most people, my husband and I are on the “eat healthy and work out” kick. Is anyone else at that point too? The difference “this time” is that we really do plan on making this a lifestyle. It’s day 3 and we have been doing really good! For example, on Monday we had eggs with spinach, mushrooms, and tomatoes with strawberries and grapes on the side. For a snack I had a pear. Dinner was steak with sauteed spinach and mushrooms. I also ran/walked for 30 mins. I had the same thing for lunch and breakfast. I’m so thankful that I have my husband to help me because we are encouraging each other. So, who else is trying to change their lifestyle. Do you need encouragement to MAKE IT HAPPEN?
