I am still a newlywed and like many newly married couples, we still go out to eat a lot. Seems like every meal we eat out, we gain that much more weight. I have GOT to start cooking at home so try to lose some of this what I like to call “fun fat” weight. Do you know any easy, yet tasty and healthy recipes I can make at home? I guess it’s time to just go out to eat on the weekends.
It is SO hard to eat healthy! I do ssooo well with eating the way I should during the week, but as soon as the weekend comes, I want some “GOOD” food. What are some ideas for “good” but healthy food that I can make at home without breaking the bank?
I’ve been hearing a lot about paleo eating lately (only REAL foods like eggs, nuts, seeds, veggies, fruit and things that used to fly, swim or crawl). Has anyone tried this? Did you see a change in your body? What kind of healthy eating habits do you have?
We live in the country and the nearest gym is about 20 mins away. I know me and I WILL talk myself out of driving that far to work out. What kinds of workouts would you suggest to do at home and will actually burn calories and NOT be a big waste of my time?
You know you SHOULD work out, but you just don’t WANT to. How do you break that habit of just THINKING about it, but not actually DOING it?
