Really knees??

So I have been doing a great job with my new “Healthy Lifestyle” working out 5 days a week. I run outside at least 3 days a week. My knees are now KILLING ME!!!! Why? Is it from running on the concrete? I also deal with my stomach aching when I run too. Again……WHY? Working out

My fitness level used to be wonderful, but since Thanksgiving I haven’t done A THING!!! I know me and if I take off more than a week or two off, the day I come back is horrible!!!! I’m going to be like thousands and thousands of people and start working out again on January 1. The difference is I will not be in the gym. We live in the country and the nearest gym is about 20 mins away. I know me and I WILL talk myself out of driving that far to work out. What kinds of workouts would you suggest to do at home and will actually burn calories and NOT be a big waste of my time?
