My oldest child is 4 years old and you can’t tell me she is already a diva (it doesn’t help that she is adorable and no, I’m NOT being biased). Any suggestions on how to encourage her confidence, but not raise her to be….well…. one of those girls who KNOWS they are cute and ends up being a cocky pain in the butt?

Really knees??

So I have been doing a great job with my new “Healthy Lifestyle” working out 5 days a week. I run outside at least 3 days a week. My knees are now KILLING ME!!!! Why? Is it from running on the concrete? I also deal with my stomach aching when I run too. Again……WHY?
